We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance, Strategic Planning and Corporate Services Division based in either Leeds or London!
Working closing with our Head of Planning and Performance, you will provide financial analysis, tools and insight that challenge thinking and drive the strategy, performance and sustainability of Medical Protection Society.
You will champion cost-consciousness throughout the business by holding budget holders to account, own the next phase of zero-based budgeting and play a pivotal role in the transformation and development of the division.
This will be a pivotal role in providing Finance support on business-critical projects, including digital development and growth. You will build business cases with the Portfolio, Programme and PMO team, present submissions to the Change Investment Committee and monitor associated costs and benefits, identifying risks and opportunities to delivery.
This role sits under MPS’ ‘Hybrid Persona’ meaning a blend of home and office-based working, to suit you and the needs of the business. This is typically 1-2 days per week on-site.
