This Laboratory Test Engineer will be responsible for Managing the laboratory resources on a day to day basis, to effectively support priority global NPI and ESR activities development activities.

Maximising laboratory capabilities through efficient planning and utilisation of equipment.
Assisting Marketing/Applications team with customer test requests
Supporting motive/rail sectors with new business opportunities.
Data analysis for discussion among peer & senior management groups.
Planning / Test execution / Data Analysis (MS Office & Minitab), Fault Finding (Autopsy analysis) / Summary report creation & distribution up to Corporate level
Attending and contributing to calls relating to New Product Introduction / Engineering Support Request projects and providing project management teams with required design, validation, plan & report information and scheduling of testing.
Managing resource allocation to ensure that Development & Test programs are completed minimal lead times
