Description
The Audit and Accounting Trainer performs an important role within the firm in providing the core training that supports the development of trainees and qualified members, but also embeds the firm’s requirements for new starters at varying levels of their professional qualification and/or experience.
It is an instrumental position within the firm that ensures all personnel have the correct grounding in the knowledge needed to enable them to operate effectively and ensure the delivery of quality work.
Profile
This role requires a strong, effective, and proven ability to understand, develop and deliver high quality technical training in audit, accounting, corporate reporting, and other related topics to audiences of differing levels of experience.
You must be a confident and capable presenter who is able to react positively to challenge but also deliver consistent content that addresses the Firm’s requirements. A passion for delivering topics on audit and accounting, as well as desire for continual learning and development, is therefore essential.
