This role is for a Service Charge Manager in the not-for-profit and charities industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects related to service charges within the Accounting & Finance department.

Description
Oversee the full service charge process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Lead and manage the Service Charge team, promoting high performance.
Prepare annual service charge budgets and reconciliations.
Develop and implement procedures for service charge management.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on service charge issues.
Deliver training and support to staff on service charge matters.
Contribute to the development of company policies and strategies.
Promote and maintain excellent customer service in relation to service charges.
Profile
A successful Service Charge Manager should have:
Professional accounting certification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
Proven experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit and charities industry.
Strong knowledge of service charge legislation and best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Superb communication and interpersonal abilities.
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
