I am currently looking for ambitious and hungry sales people to join a training company in Farnborough that offer LGV training courses. I am looking for people motivated and driven by money with large aspirations. A great business to work in, they run a best dressed competition for the week and a competition for the top seller, who recently won a holiday! This is a cut and thrust sales environment, driven by people who are looking to earn money.
Client Details
Our client (based in Farnborough) provides driving school services and is the largest HGV training company in the UK. They currently work with 100 of the major schools and account for circa 40% of the market share in this vertical. This business is leading the way in HGV training and works with the DVSA on training and is looking to expand its sales team of 16 over the coming months.

The successful Sales Consultant will need…
- A strong desire to earn money & desires of financial freedom
- Hunger and determination
- An element of finesse to close deals over the phone (adaptability and willingness to learn is key here)
- Some over the phone sales experience
- An ability to get to Farnborough 5 days a week
