We are currently looking for a Facilities and Accommodation Officer to join our Trafficking and Exploitation Survivors’ Service (TESS) Scotland team on a Permanent Contract.

The Role
The post holder is expected to contribute to the overall success of the Organisation in accordance with Migrant Help’s aims and objectives. The purpose of this role is to support the Regional Manager and the Paisley/Glasgow-based TESS service in the comprehensive provision of facilities support, including in relation to Migrant Help offices and client accommodation based in Scotland. The post-holder will assist and support the operational team and Facilities (HQ) to ensure Migrant Help complies with all current legislation / approved codes of practice and guidance in relation to the management of premises and provision of health and safety.
The objective of this role is to support the TESS team and Facilities to manage and secure practical, pragmatic solutions within our accommodation and offices to ensure the health and safety of staff and clients. To provide a service that is timely, effective and understood by everyone, making it straightforward for everyone to comply with requirements. Building positive partnerships and relationships with landlords, third party office/accommodation suppliers, Migrant Help managers and colleagues is an essential aspect of this role. The post holder will be expected to manage partnerships with relevant third parties, working alongside the Regional Manager as needed.
