Mission 4 Recruitment Looking for Credit Controller at Waltham Abbey, Essex Full Time
We are working with a client in Waltham Abbey to find a CREDIT CONTROL ASSISTANT to join their team.
This role is reporting in to the Credit Control Manager in a busy finance team.
The salary for this position is £25,000 to £28,000, depending upon your experience.
On a day to day basis you will be:
Chasing your customers for payment
Reviewing credit accounts
Keeping in touch with your customers to stop problems before they arrive
Resolving queries around invoices
Taking ownership of disputed items
Preparation and posting of customer credit card receipts and BACS postings
Sending invoices
Taking payments from proforma customers
Setting up new customers
Overseeing customer order book for assigned customers
Generating customer statements
Issuing pre-legal letters to customers where necessary
Collating and reviewing the bad debt movement monthly
Responding to trade reference requests
Issuing customer rebate credit notes
Assisting Credit Control Manager with any ad-hoc task as required
Provide support within the department as and when required
