The role of Internal Telesales Executive – Construction Hire will involve:
- Internal sales position selling a range of construction products such as: concretes, mortars, sport surfaces, paint, coverings, flooring systems
- Dealing with inbound and outbound phone calls
- Lead generation
- Account management of existing customers
- Elements of building and developing new client relationships
- Possessing a good understanding of the product range
- Responding to customer queries and providing advise
- Working in an internal sales team of 3
The ideal applicant will be Internal Telesales Executive – Construction Hire with:
- Must have sales experience, ideally within the construction industry
- Excellent customer service skills with experience on the telephone
- Highly organised, motivated and driven
- Must be energetic and willing to learn
- Excellent communication skills written and verbally
- Must be computer literate
- Outgoing, enthusiastic and confident personality
- Comfortable with working both autonomously and as part of a team
