The role of the Trainee Recruitment Consultant will involve:
- Interviewing field sales professionals from the construction industry to establish their requirements and motives for their next field sales opportunity
- Matching up relevant candidates to clients’ requirements and vice versa
- Working on a constant source of new sales opportunities, typically 15 new sales vacancies a week
- Searching for suitable candidates using various online job boards and an in house database of over 17,000 candidates
- Being mentored, trained and managed on a daily basis by one of our Directors (with more than 25 years sales recruitment experience)
- An outstanding opportunity to progress longer term into Recruitment Consultant role with the opportunity to earn in excess of £50,000
- Joining a well established, experienced and successful team who are considered market leaders in Construction Sales Recruitment
- Based from easily accessible modern offices in the heart of Wilmslow
