Modis is currently recruiting for a Construction Project Manager to join our prestigious client in Milton Keynes, on a 6 month initial contract which is outside IR35.
As a Project Manager, you will be taking a lead on a number of work streams within estates and security, of varying sizes and budgets up to roughly £5million.
This would be a great role for you, if you have a track record of delivering construction projects within high security environments, working with engineering and operations teams to deliver medium complexity projects in tight timescales.
Please note, this is a DV Cleared role.
Role: Construction Project Manager
Duration: 6 months
Rate: £493 per day max.
Status: Outside IR35
Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid working)
Selected Key Skills:
- Construction Project Management background
- Qualified PM – Prince2, APMP, ISEB or similar
- Delivering a range of complex projects, values ranging from £50k to £5m
- Strong knowledge of Health and Safety – CDM2015 regulations
- NEC3, GC Works, FIDIC contracts
- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills, with a customer focus
- Must be a British National, this is a DV Cleared requirement
