Foods, Fosters Foods and Hay Hampers have an exciting vacancy for a Brand
Manager to be based at our Market Harborough site

ABOUT THE JOB ( Exciting Stuff )
- We are investing in brand strategy and brand planning within our business and we
- are looking for a Brand Manager to join our marketing function to deliver the
- development of activation plans
- This role will offer the right individual an excellent opportunity to join a newly created
- team and have impact across our branded portfolio together with a Marketing Executive
- direct report.
- To liaise with our supplier partners to review, implement ranging, pricing and support
- the commercial team with compelling listing and ranging documentation.
- Manage, evaluate and report results linked to clear objectives and ensure that the
- brands in the portfolio perform in a manner consist with the business strategy.
- Work cross functionally and with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand
- priorities are aligned and that and that the brand portfolio is performing on profit,
- volume and KPI metrics
ABOUT YOU ( More Exciting Stuff! )
- You have a passion for all things food and brand marketing so your career journey so far has
- taken you into the food industry where you have developed your career in brand management within
- a recognised food, drink or maybe non food company. Having gained a broad range of FMCG brand
- marketing skills and experience you looking to take the next step up to Brand Manager OR you could be an experience Brand Manager
- looking for your next marketing challenge.
