Specialist services for case management, employee relations, council, and unions (as applicable), primary People resource aligned to our Manufacturing site and Group Functions
In alignment with the People Centre’s of Excellence and People BPs, support local talent development, organizational development, performance management and recruitment, partnering within the Tier 2 Specialist team and with the Tier 1 People Experience Associates
Collaborate on the implementation of Corporate Engagement and Culture initiatives throughout the site and global functions, working closely with the Leadership Team and People colleagues, to help build and promote a positive Mundipharma culture
Establish and maintain appropriate tools and reports for measuring People initiatives’ impact to provide data-driven insights to improve performance and the overall employee experience
Ensure that activities are consistently delivered on time, with high quality and in line with the company’s standards and procedures
Key Responsibilities
People representative for the Leadership team, partnering with the People BP to develop and implement the People strategy and standards throughout the site, proactively sharing insights to foster a learning organization culture
Contribute towards the delivery of the People strategy by supporting the full scope of People activities such as performance management, talent and organizational development, recruitment and employee relations
Analyze trends and metrics, using appropriate tools to measure HR initiative’s impact and results, with actionable insights to improve and shape the People strategy
Ensure HR practices comply with company standards and procedures as well as with local labor regulation and legislation.
Under the leadership of the Global People Experience Team Manager and in partnership with People BPs, support the areas of talent development, organizational development, performance management and recruitment, partnering with other key internal People stakeholders to ensure full implementation of defined Global People Centers of Excellence initiatives by the site and global functions
Contribute with the roll-out of Global People Centre’s of Excellence plans and initiatives focused on talent and organizational development, performance management and recruitment, throughout the site and global functions, and assist to adapt them locally if appropriate
Implement training and development programs to ensure employees have the appropriate skills and knowledge to drive the business forward
Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs and subsequent follow up to ensure training objectives are met
Provide insights to Team Leads on needs for training and development, for managers and employees
Collaborate in executing talent management initiatives in line with Organizational Development objectives
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads on MundiConnect and collaborating on the hiring process, in line with corporate procedures
Contribute to coordinating onboarding and orientation sessions
Understand and manage the HRIS (Workday), by uploading and updating content where appropriate, keeping it accurate
Ensure Employee Performance Evaluations are consistently delivered on time, and in line with procedures
Collaborate on the implementation of Corporate Engagement and Culture initiatives throughout the site and global functions, working closely with Team Leads and partnering with People BPs to help build and promote a positive Mundipharma culture
Collaborate in implementing Mundipharma EVP and Employer Brand initiatives throughout the site and global functions.
Coordinate and oversee roll-out of different Employee Engagement surveys, ensuring sufficient communication to managers and employees and accessibility/availability of results. Analyze information and identify workplace improvement needs
Serve as project point person on specific employee engagement programs e.g. Great Place to Work certification
Promote use of the company’s internal social engagement tools e.g., MundiConnect, Yammer, MS Teams), as well as recommend new systems and vehicles to improve connectivity and engagement across the organization
Evaluate the effectiveness of employee relations programs using metrics, providing meaningful information that will guide continual improvement and further increase employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
Implement, manage, and maintain employee wellbeing programs
Perform other job-related duties as assigned, providing proactive, strategic, forward-thinking solutions to employee and organizational issues and actively contributing to our Value Accelerator Program
Work as part of project teams to share best practices, focus on continuous improvement, implement changes and new processes, to create working efficiencies, reduce costs and improve quality
Provide manufacturing site and global functions employees and managers with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics, issues, policies, and procedures
Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Work with external employment lawyers in respect of complex employment scenarios
Qualifications
Education
Degree (or equivalent) in HR, Business Management or related field
Degree HR (preferred)
Certifications or Designations
Coaching Methodology, Change Management, Performance Consultant, or any other certification related to people or organization development (preferred)
Experience
5+ years of experience in different areas in progressively responsible roles in companies of comparable size and complexity.
Extensive experience working in Manufacturing environments with strong employee relations experience
5+ years of experience in a HR role (preferred)
