Murray McIntosh Recruitment Consultancy Looking for Site Manager / Site Agent Water Framework at South West England Full Time

Our client who is delivering in the water framework is currently hiring 3 Site Managers / Site Agents for 3 different sites in the Thames Water area.

Contract: 12 Months

IR35 determination to be carried out

Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm

Day rate dependent on experience

SpecificationDescription:

• Manage to day to day site operations
• Ensure construction is conducted in a safe manner
• Appropriate standards are followed
• Regulations adhere too
• H&S are practised
• Manage Labour, plant and materials
• Preparations of the project estimate or cost plan
• Proven background in water treatment plants
• Extensive non-infrastructures projects
• Civil engineering background
• SMSTS/CSCS valid cards
• NEC / JCT awareness
• Full driving license
