Summary With your love of working with people and desire to provide a great service, you’ll welcome and talk to our visitors to the shop/outlet answering any questions they have.
Salary: £11.50 per hour Contract/duration: Fixed term until 30th September 2024 Hours/working pattern/hours: This role is an hourly paid, fixed term role. Wherever possible we aim to offer a consistent working pattern, but we’re looking for flexibility as it may be necessary for us to alter this pattern from time to time to suit the needs of the business. We’d give you as much notice of this as possible. You’ll be working approximately 15 hours across 2 days per week (Thursday and Sunday), however there may be additional hours available. You’ll be working across Bateman’s and Bodiam, depending on business requirements.

You’ll be working with a team of 3 at Bateman’s and 4 at Bodiam, reporting to the Retail Team Leader.

What you’ll be doing As Retail Team Member you’ll offer customers help and shopping advice with their purchases. Other duties may include receiving, unpacking, and arranging deliveries, creating shop displays and working with other members of the team to keep the shop floor area clean and organised.
