Monday-Friday either 8.30am – 4.30pm or 9.00am – 5.00pm
This professional, market leading security company with over 15 years’ experience within security staffing is looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk within their offices in Leeds.
This company is the No 1 provider of door supervision across the UK and is growing at a rapid rate.
As Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be part of the Finance Team and report directly to the Management Accountant.
A working knowledge and understand of payroll and finance software would be beneficial as well as part/fully completed AAT qualification or a desire to study further to attain this accreditation.
Duties
Reconciling timesheets with reports
Agreeing supplier invoices to internal documentation
Dealing with supplier queries
Processing purchase invoices and payments
Supplier reconciliations
Bank Reconciliation
Ad hoc accounts support work as necessary
Maintaining files, records and company databases
Data input and processing
Query resolution
Skills
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communicator with a variety of people at all levels
Ability to work to a high level of attention to detail
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
