We are adding to our team of highly skilled and dedicated Collections Agents. They play a meaningful role in supporting the financial health of NHS organisations by supporting customers on their overdue accounts and ensuring timely payments, all whilst providing outstanding customer service.
With the growth and improvement plans for this year and beyond, there is plenty of opportunity for the right person to develop their talents and their career, supported by the department’s training and development during their employment!
To facilitate your initial training and support, new starters will need to be on site Monday to Friday for approximately the first 6 weeks.
Once you have settled in your new role, you will be based from home Tuesday to Friday and join the team each Monday, in our modern office environment in Leeds, with ample free parking and onsite refreshments provided.
