A part qualified, qualified by experience, or fully qualified accountant
Strong Background of Dynamics NAV
Broad NAV Module experience
Previous NAV Administrator experience
Previous experience in integrating NAV with other systems
Very strong IT skills and Excel knowledge
Excellent communication skills.
An inquisitive, analytical thinker with the ability to understand unique processes quickly
Ability to understand technical systems in detail
Ability to produce clear documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
A self-starter with the confidence and gravitas to engage but also challenge decisions
Key Duties:
To increase NAV systems efficiency and ensure people, processes and systems are supported and aligned:
1. Prioritise and clarify known issues and areas of improvement.
2. Identify system and process optimizations.
3. Implement configuration changes to improve system performance and/or user experience.
4. Work with NAV partners to ensure any customized elements meet the original design specification.
5. Coordinate the testing, user acceptance, and deployment of new developments.
6. Produce training and support materials as required.
7. Refine reporting requirements and work with BI Data Analysts to develop suitable solutions.
8. Clearly communicate project risks, concerns, issues, and dependencies.
9. To perform duties in accordance with all relevant legislation in particular the Health and
Safety at Work Act.
10. To apply requirements of BS EN ISO 9001 as appropriate within the areas of responsibility.
11. Other duties that the company may reasonably require the individual to undertake.
