Ops Director – Gold Partner – £120,000 – £150,000
I’m working with a leading European Gold Partner whose expanding enterprise requires a new Operations Director. The role will require quarterly travel to their European base, other than this you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely.
As a well-established Gold Partner, my client have over 600 clients across the UK and Europe, all applicants will need extensive experience navigating the MS Partner Channel – ideally working for a D365 Business Central division.
The reason for the opening is retirement, there will be a 3-6 month buffering period where the current Ops director will work with you closely to discuss their current strategy and together you will create a new business model using your past success combined with their recent policies. The company over the past 12 months have increased their project load drastically due to their excellent reputation.
The role will require you to oversee the direction of the company rather than manage Business Central Projects, however the client believes their senior staff should still have previous experience in implementations. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding – enterprise at the pivotal part of its growth.
The requirements are…
At least 3 years in a senior management position at an MS Gold Partner
Excellent understanding of the inner workings of an MS Gold Partner and the D365 channel
Familiarity with the MS partner channel and competitors
Passion for marketing and involvement in the branding of companies
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 BC implementations and the issues they face
Understand the business to contextualise the issue faced by companies in today’s markets
Forward-thinking
Communication skills
