Senior Embedded Linux Developer- Helsinki/Remote- up to 7000EURpm DOE

My client is seeking a Senior Embedded Linux Developer to join their mission which is to help businesses shape their future with innovative and secure software solutions. They build custom software development solutions from multimedia and communications systems to world-class mobile and embedded services.

Responsibilities

• Depending on the project and customer you may be working on the customer premises, the company’s office, working remotely or a combination of these.
• You will build and design complete, independent, custom systems, platforms, and engines for others to use.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in C and modern C++ (C++17, C++20)
• Experience with shell scripting, building automation and cross-compiling experience.
• Network protocols.
• Debugging tools
• Linux operating system architecture.

Appreciated experience/interested in learning

• Python scripting.
• Secure software cycles.
• Web programming/working with Web APIs.
• Graphics and GUI programming using e.g. Qt
• Linux kernel programming.
• RTOS/MCU programming.
