My client is a leading Environmental Consulting company who are looking for a Senior Environmental Consultant to join their expanding Environmental team.
You will be supporting the Regional Manager by providing supervision, technical guidance and assuring the development of less experienced members of staff and by setting standards for excellent customer service.
You will be joining a client that places an emphasis on training, development and encouraging CPD. They also place an emphasis on a friendly collaborative team culture so that you enjoy your time at work!
Requirements:
Hold a degree in a relevant earth science or geo-environmental related discipline and ideally some professional qualifications while working towards Chartership with a relevant organisation.
Proven track record in all aspects of environmental consultancy projects. Including the design, delivery and supervision of investigation, assessment, options appraisal and remediation, for a range of different types of projects and clients.
Proven track record of project and team resulting in delivery to high standards.
Extensive knowledge and demonstrable understanding of the relevant legislation, technical guidance and industry standards and best practice.
Proficient in the mentoring of team members and other consultants work.
Awareness of wider environmental risk reduction sector
