The Fundraising Team are a driven and determined team who play a pivotal role in ensuring sustainability of the Hospice now, and in the future.
We are now looking for an Individual Giving Manager to join our Fundraising Team on a permanent, full-time basis (applications to work flexible hours of no less than four days will be considered along with hybrid working).
The Role
As the Individual Giving Manager, you will drive income to the hospice from donors through insight-driven appeals and products. You’ll also work hard to expand our contactable community – working to build our base of supporters through a planned acquisition campaign.
You’ll implement our individual giving (IG) strategy, you’ll project manage our fundraising campaigns and appeals and develop and test propositions through cash and regular giving appeals.
You’ll also work to analyse our data increasing insight into our donors and maximising life time value.
Additionally, you will:
– Work with internal teams, external suppliers and third-party providers
– Manage the development of the income and expenditure budget for our IG programme
– Ensure that our appeals are compliant with the Fundraising Codes of Practice, GDPR, PECR and in line with Charity Commission guidance
Since 1984 North London Hospice has been the leading provider of end-of-life care in North London, providing specialist care to people at home, in the community and on our Inpatient Unit in Finchley.

About You
To be considered for this role, you will need:
– Experience managing and developing an individual giving programme
– Experience creating and implementing donor journeys
– Experience setting and managing budgets and KPIs
– Experience managing third party fundraisers, agencies and suppliers
– Experience developing strong propositions that drive people to act
– Knowledge of the legislation, regulations and financial issues relating to fundraising
