We are looking for a part time Remote Legal Assistant / Conveyancing Assistant
Whilst the role is Remote The client would like one meeting a week in their Stockport office , so you must be North West UK based.
Fantastic Opportunity to join a growing Estate Planning company that specialises in high quality Estate Planning work including Wills, Power of Attorney, Probate, Property Transfers and many more.
Due to the development and direction of our company, we are looking to expand our team, and we are now seeking to appoint a Conveyancing Assistant to work alongside our existing legal team in creating a strong and diverse Estate Planning company.
Essential Skills:
– Minimum 12 months experience working in a conveyancing department
– Minimum 6 months experience drafting legal documents
– Excellent attention to detail
– Fast and accurate typing ability
– Excellent telephone manner
– Strong administrative skills
– Highly organised
– Excellent interpersonal skills
Full Job Description:
– Assisting a busy legal team dealing with property transfers, equity transfers and probate transfers.
– Preparation of legal documents in line with the transfer process
– Dealing with clients or third parties over the phone or in writing
– Provide clients with updates
