Overview: Early Years Tutor / Assessor

Do you have experience in Early Years and are looking for a career change? Have a passion to motivate young people? We might just have the opportunity for you! We are looking for an experienced Early Years Room Leader or Manager in an Early Years setting who enjoys training and instructing and enjoys passing their knowledge onto the next generation.

This vacancy is open to both qualified and unqualified assessors.

Early Years Tutor / Assessor: Essentials

  • A minimum 3 years supervisory experience in an Early Years setting
  • Home based covering the Thames Valley region
  • A mixture of home working/remote delivery and Centre delivery in and around the Thames Valley region (Bicester, Wantage, Reading, Aylesbury)
  • Permanent position
  • Full Training and qualifications (TAQA) are funded and provided by the employer

Early Years Tutor / Assessor: Salary and Expenses

  • The role is full-time, permanent
  • Flexible working – manage your own diary (once qualified)
  • £22k – £25.5k (depending on experience and qualifications) – salary higher for qualified assessors
  • Full travel expenses
