Application Support Team Lead – Fully remote – Manchester

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Team Lead to join a leading financial services organization that is currently going through a large period of growth!

This reputable organization is focusing on a cloud-first strategy so a large proportion of their application estate is already in Azure!

You will take ownership across their small but dedicated Application team, leading & mentoring this function to support their growth. This will be a technical role, working with Product Teams on long-term resolutions, fixes, etc

Skills and experience

• Experience working within an Application Support role with leadership responsibilities
• Experienced working with SQL
• Exposure to the cloud is desired (Azure or AWS)
• A proactive mindset looking to resolve complex issues and root causes behind problems
• Good understanding in technical matters, analysis of information, solve problems, and learning quickly.
• Strong desire & attitude towards learning and supporting your team!

Mostly remote, you must be willing to commute to Manchester if a need arises!
