The contract in question is with a major automotive retail and financial services business and will provide key support to IT Change, Portfolio, and Business Intelligence.
With a focus on high customer satisfaction, the delivery of agreed system workflows, and process mapping, amongst others, your role as IT Lead Business Analyst will also involve;
Acting as the IT representative and owner of project based technical tasks
Working with the IT Project Manager to define and deliver the overall project plan
Mapping and documenting business processes
Liaising with third-party vendors to set up, configure and test
Documenting operational business requirements
Working with IT Operations to establish service design and level
Acceptance testing
With a strong understanding of IT applications and services, you’ll have a good understanding of ITIL service strategy and transition processes, along with in-depth practical business analysis and process mapping skills. Experience in Agile methodology will also be advantageous.
Demonstrable expertise in the software development lifecycle is also a must and should include analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
