*Overseeing PPM’s, managing compliance & logbooks.
*Full P&L responsibilities.
*Managing soft & hard services.
*Arranging events on site.
*Liaising with the client daily.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position.
The ideal candidate will also be either mechanically or electrically qualified or have a strong background in soft services.
