Role – FM Building Manager/Client Direct Location – South-East London Company – Is a global events business. What you get in return – £40,000 per annum + bonus + package.
A market leading Venue provider who are renowned for their staff retention and prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for a FM Building Manager to manage a Brand-new state-of-the-art hybrid event space on the Thames.
This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a strong FM Building Manager to their forever growing team.
*Overseeing PPM’s, managing compliance & logbooks. *Full P&L responsibilities. *Managing soft & hard services. *Arranging events on site. *Liaising with the client daily.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position.
The ideal candidate will also be either mechanically or electrically qualified or have a strong background in soft services.
