Technical Product Manager (IT) – Global SaaS Company – London / Milton Keynes / Remote-first – Up to £75,000 + 5% bonus, 26 day’s holidays and more!
The Job:
I’m looking for a talented Technical Product Manager who is looking to push their career to the next level within a global (and still growing) SaaS company. This business are market leaders in the Human Capital Management software space, specialising in enterprise level workforce management solutions.
This position, which sits in part of a newly formed team, will see the Technical Product Manager work alongside a highly-skilled cross-functional DevOps team to ensure smooth running of product builds and releases. You will be someone who loves learning and has a genuine interest in the HCM domain. Your day to day activities will be varied, allowing you the continued opportunity to solve complex technical problems, whilst creating genuinely meaningful change within a dynamic, agile environment.
You will be responsible for the end to end ownership and accountability of product capabilities and their success.
This is an exception opportunity for someone with a technical cloud product background, to join a new team who promise to make waves within the business!
A day in the life:
Keep a focus on maximising value delivery aligned with targeted business outcomes
Working closely with internal team and partners
Own the near and medium term backlog for products
Create user stories and acceptance criteria, whilst also supporting others in writing them
Monitor and analyse defined metrics for qualitative objectives and quantitative goals
Communicate the planned roadmap and changes to stakeholders
Work with other product managers to drive the product strategy and vision
The person:
A proven track record working as a Product Manager within highly technical environments
Previously worked as part of a business who deliver enterprise SaaS software within a DevOps environment
Worked on critical systems
Prior experience with technology platform capabilities such as: Infrastructure as Code (IAC); Application Logging & Monitoring; Containerization; CICD; etc.
Exceptional communication skills
Experience managing C-Level stakeholders
