Description
Duties will include:
All aspects on banking
Processing all payments and receipts
Preparing bank reconciliation statements
Opening and closing client accounts (standard and deposit accounts)
Dealing with all distributions from the client accounts
Liaising with the bank when required
Running the payroll each month
Dealing with all payments including insurance, bank loans & payment of external services
Monitoring the opening & closing of new client ledgers
Admin duties such as ordering office stock & equipment
Checking all estate accounts and distribution statement relating to probate matters
Profile
The successful candidate will:
Have a proven track record as a Legal Cashier
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Have knowledge of dealing with Conveyancing, Wills, Probate and Matrimonial work
