As a Purchase Ledger Assistant your duties will include but are not limited to:
– Accurate processing of invoices
– Processing of invoices to meet deadlines
– Dealing with internal & external queries
– Timely processing of payment runs

– Show a high level of attention to detail
– Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Have the ability to work to deadlines
– Have knowledge of the COINS system (desirable)
– Have previous experience within the construction sector (desirable)
