Description

Purchase Ledger Assistant duties include:

• Uploading & processing invoices with a high degree of accuracy
• Posting high volumes of invoices
• Matching, batching & coding invoices
• Investigating discrepancies
• Bank reconciliations
• Producing reports
• Ad hoc duties
• Assisting with areas such as sales ledger & payroll when required

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar role – desirable
• Excel trained to an intermediate level
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to manage their own workload
• A willingness to learn

Job Offer

A salary up to £25,000 plus study support, bonuses and more.
