Description
Providing administrative support to the Human Resources department
Assisting with recruitment, including scheduling interviews and coordinating communications
Handling HR-related documentation and records
Assisting with employee on-boarding and training
Contributing to policy development and implementation within the company
Managing employee benefits and queries
Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
Supporting the HR team in fostering a positive workplace environment
Profile
A successful HR Administrator should have:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
