Our client, an established and growing company based in Croydon. Are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their Accountancy team.
Description
Accounts Assistant
Cashbook/banking
Daily and monthly reconciliation of bank accounts -updating Sage & File maker with bank entries and matching to purchase and sales invoicesSales invoicing – multi-currency
Checking and processing (inc currency invoices) for deliveries of all product lines and match to sales contract
Match to source documents (CofA and Sales contract and haulage)
Post invoices within File Maker, upload to Sage and coding by product and Vat typeCredit Collection
Credit collection for all product linesProduct Purchase Invoicing – multi-currency
Receiving, distributing to CS, checking and processing purchase invoices onto Sage (supplier code, nominal code. Dept and tax code)
Checking and processing all storage invoices as above
Checking and processing all haulage invoices as above
Reconcile to supplier statement where possibleGeneral Expense Invoicing
Post all general purchase invoices direct to Sage
Process and reconcile personal expenses to credit card statementsAd hoc duties when required
Profile
The successful candidate will be immediately available and have some experience of the above.
Job Offer
Salary up to £30,000
