Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager – Stockport area

£45000-£55000 + Car Allowance/Car + Bonus + Benefits

Leading Building Services company are expanding their management team and currently require a qualified Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to be in their head office in the Stockport area. The successful Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager must come from the Building Services or FM sector and demonstrate extensive experience in financial management and be comfortable communicating with the client at senior management level.

Experience required

• 5+ years’ experience as a qualified Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager in the services sector.
• Industry recognised qualifications
• Project experience (up to £1M) and ideally in the North-West. Sites in health care, education and industrial beneficial
• Full driving license
• Desire to gain new qualifications and progress.

The Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager will be provided with company training but must be experienced in this type of role, demonstrate a flexible approach to work and have excellent communication skills as client contact is required.
