Structural CAD/Revit Technician – Slough – £Competitive

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Structural CAD/Revit Technician to join a long established and successful Engineering Consultancy, based in their Slough offices.

Our Client, a multi disciplinary Civil and Structural Consultancy work across a range of sectors including Residential, Retail, Commercial, Education and Leisure. As a Structural CAD/Revit Technician, you will undertake a varied work load and as such, you will ideally have experience in a mix of these sectors.

You will: –

• Be proficient using AutoCAD and Revit Structures
• Ideally have 5 years (minimum) experience within a structural engineering environment
• Be able to produce high quality drawings and Revit models with limited supervision and instruction from engineers
• Be willing and able to solve problems and present solutions
• Be willing and able to professionally communicate (verbally and written) with clients, other professionals and contractor
• Understand the construction process and how buildings are designed and constructed
• Understand the BIM process and demonstrate the importance of coordination
