Your New Daily rate: up to £488/day PAYE or £639/day umbrella (inside IR35) * equivalent of up to £127k per annum

Primary purpose of this job
The impact of the role is immediate in terms of ensuring effective organization, mobilization, planning and executing key initiatives critical to meeting the deliverables.
Execution of all HR programme deliverables globally including data analysis, reporting, planning, design, coaching, process execution and governance.
Deep understanding of employment law, TUPE, Consultation requirements
The position requires an ability to learn rapidly and also to create novel solutions to intractable problems
Critical thinking and the ability to command high degrees of complexity reduction and simplification.
Experience of managing multiple stakeholders in different functions and regions. Aptitude or experience to teach and coach best practice and continuous improvement.
HR Project experience should ideally include the design, planning, governance, phasing and implementation of projects as well as tools and techniques for issues and risk management, decision making and reporting.

Organisational: Managing a highly complex programme made up of numerous workstreams
Data: Able to obtain, manipulate and analyse data to influence decision making and reporting
Functions / Geographies: Across multiple functions and geographies
Matrix Management: Comfortable in influencing without authority across functions up to the functional management teams.
Decision Making: Able to design and embed bespoke decision making process to suit project complexity and structure
External Parties: Actively involved in on-going management of external parties. Effectively integrates external teams into the project structure.
Change Management : Good practical knowledge of Change Management process and its practical implementation
