What the job involves

• To play a key role in the origination / sourcing, execution, monitoring and realisation of investments
• To create and maintain all financial models for forecasting and performance measurements
• To perform accurate due diligence assessments and prepare investment memos for prospective investments
• To assist with the analysis of individual asset management initiatives and contribute to all investment and strategy discussions for all existing and prospective investments

Who we are looking for

• Fluent in either French or German, as well as English
• Strong analytical and Excel financial modelling skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Relevant experience in executing or advising real asset investments; with good process management and negotiation skills
• A good university degree and a strong academic background in finance, business administration or equivalent
