Job Description 

• Bank reconciliations
• General Bookkeeping
• Purchase & sales ledger processing
• Balance sheet reconciliations, reconciling accounts on a monthly basis
• Credit card reconciliations
• Month End Accounts Payroll (Staff Monthly Wages)
• HR Administrative processes. Absence, Sickness, etc.
• Processing supplier invoices
• Processing supplier payments
• Tax & VAT Returns
• Verifying Sub-Contractors contracts
• Preparation of Statutory accounts and year-end duties

Skills:

• Experience working in a role with similar responsibilities
• Analytical approach with the ability to make changes
• Be able to manage your own diary and work to deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamworking skills
• High level of accuracy and ability to spot numerical differences
• Self-discipline in the workplace
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Hands on attitude
• Drive and passion to achieve and help our business grow.
