Over the past year we have gone through an exciting period of change amidst challenging times in a global pandemic, supporting the organisation in working in ‘the new Phoenix normal’. We have rolled out new systems to support our staff including an inaugural LMS and updated ATS.
This role is key in providing first point of contact HR support to staff and managers, and to work with two other Officers to ensure the People and Culture team deliver an effective and efficient service throughout the organisation.
A passion for solving problems and a can-do attitude is key to this post, alongside the ability to take initiative and manage a varied and fast paced workload.

We’re a small team and although this role is predominantly related to core HR activities, there is the opportunity for collaboration and contributing to wider projects such as Recruitment, Learning & Development, Wellbeing and ED&I.
What we offer:
Our Central Office is based in London, however there is flexibility for this role to be remote.
