Support Worker for Young People (SEND) – Horsham Area – Full-time – Start March (Notice Period Considered)
40 hours a week – will include evenings and weekends on a rota:

As a full-time support worker, you will assist in the delivery of 1:1 and group support which works toward achieving positive outcomes for our young people.
We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, great at building relationships, motivated, willing to get stuck in, committed and reliable. The role of a support worker is demanding and you will be working to address complex needs and sometimes challenging behaviour by providing assertive, consistent and enabling support to young people with complex mental health problems, Autistic Spectrum Conditions, learning disabilities.
Support Worker – Horsham Area – Full-time, will include weekends, Term Time only – Start March. Temp to Perm (12 weeks)
The staff team are a tight-knit, friendly and very supportive. The staff team work hard to achieve outstanding outcomes with their young people. The home and the school site are both marvelous environments with excellent facilities and resources which enables purposeful teaching and learning to take place.
