We have an exciting opportunity in our ICT Department based in Head Office, Bangor for a full-time, permanent ICT Systems Manager.

We don’t believe in “one size fits all.” As an ICT Systems Manager, you’ll have a key role in leading the implementation of the Digital Transformation Strategy (DTS) across Positive Futures by overseeing the management and development of our ICT business systems in order to deliver our Mission.

1. Minimum 2 years working in IT Service Management, including experience of maintenance, improvement and introduction of digital systems, products and services 
2. Experience in the last 5 years of delivering successful IT systems projects 
3. Full driving licence and access to a car which is insured for business use. Consideration will be given to those applicants unable to drive due to a disability

• Knowledge and experience of iTrent (N.B specialist training on iTrent will be provided for the successful candidate) 
• Knowledge and experience of using advanced features of Microsoft 365 
• Experience of managing or supervising staff 
• Experience working with key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
