4 on / 6 off shift pattern – 2 days 2 nights

An exciting new opportunity has arisen with a global leading packaging Manufactures for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join an established Engineering Team.

Responsibilities

• Performing reactive/planned Preventative Maintenance (PM)
• Identify and repair electrical faults with factory services and equipment.
• Small electrical installations, electrical modification projects.
• PLC logic and Inverter drive experience.

Ideal Candidate

• Fully apprentice trained or equivalent
• Factory and maintenance experience
• Have a good understanding of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Tools and continuous improvement
• Health, safety & hygiene awareness
• Experience working in a Manufacturing environment
• Able to work under pressure with excellent problem solving skills
• Fault finding / diagnostic experience
• Able to read technical drawings
• Enthusiastic
• Works well within a team
