JOB PURPOSE
Working within the Human Resources Team, the HR Administrator is a key position to support the effective and professional HR operation for Prada Northern Europe. As the first point of contact for HR queries, the HR Administrator is responsible for providing generalist HR support and administration, including new starter onboarding, attendance management, employee relations, performance management, reward, recognition, and internal communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Adminstrative support for all HR related queries throughout the employee lifecycle
On-board new joiners, with the preparation of contracts, processing new starter documentation, monitor work permits/visas and coordinating induction plans
Liaise with Payroll Team, to ensure the timely processing of payroll activities, including managing absences, change of details, incentive payments and supporting payroll queries
Coordindate the reward programmes and support the management of the membership of our benefits package
Maintain the HR systems and employee files in line with best practice standards, and ensure the organisation charts are up to date
Support the administration and timely invoicing process through the PO/Invoices process
Front office support for all employee request regarding payroll, expenses and time attendance
Coordinate reporting activities, as monthly headcount, turnover, organizational chart, budget information, validation of payroll queries
Prepare letters and respond to requests such as reference requests and bank letters
Validate, check, input and collect data to maintain the HR System
Support the HR Managers with ad hoc matters and projects
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Experience in a similar role essential, within the luxury retail or fashion industry
University degree in law, humanities or economics
Experience and knowledge of employment law
Proficient in digital tools (use of SuccessFactors an advantage)
Good knowledge of MS Office package
Accuracy and attention to detail, with excellent written presentation skills
Good communication and relationship skills
High degree of autonomy, respecting deadlines and adapting to the context and the various situations
Flexibility and high customer orientation mindset
Very good knowledge of the English language
