Our client, a highly regarded children’s charity based in London are looking for an HR Administrator to join the team for 6 months. The role is offered on hybrid basis and will be suit candidates who are immediately available.
The HR team Administrator is pivotal to the success of the team by providing solid administrative support to the People function. The role focuses on the operational elements of the People department, ensuring all day-to-day processes are completed in a timely and accurate fashion, and that first line employee enquiries are handled quickly and effectively
The right candidate needs to be a capable and proven Administrator, some understanding of HR would be beneficial but it is not essential. You will have a proactive attitude alongside excellent customer service skills and be comfortable working in a timely manner. With effective written and spoken communication skills alongside a demonstrable ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues with care and tact you will play a real support to the team.
