Overview Pure Resourcing Solutions are partnering exclusively with Midwich to recruit for a Collection Team Leader to join their highly successful and friendly team based in Diss.

Key Duties and Responsibilities You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day function of the Collection Team with key responsibilities including:
Lead, motivate & coach direct reports
Hands-on cash collection
Cash forecasting
Raise & authorise transactions
Query resolution
Take a proactive approach in process improvement
About You You will have a proven track record working within Credit Management, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. You must be a problem-solver and take a positive & proactive approach to process improvement. Building & maintaining strong relationships with our customers is essential.
