Questech Automotive Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an Industry leading client for an experienced HGV Technician. This is an excellent chance for a Technician to join a company that offers solid opportunities for personal development and internal progression.
The Role:
You will be an apprentice trained, fully qualified HGV Technician that preferably holds a class 1 or 2 HGV license and has experience working with a variety of LGV and HGV vehicles.
Duties:
Carrying out Service, Maintenance and Repair of a mixed fleet of vehicles.
Monitoring performance levels and oversee other technicians within the workshop
Ensure stock is booked in and all documentation is completed correctly
MOT preparation
Diagnosing faults
Carrying out 6 weekly inspections at customer sites.
Hours:
You will be working Monday to Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm, 2:30pm – 9:30pm, rotating weekly.
Pay Rate:
The pay rate will be up to £35,000 basic, dependant upon experience. You will also receive £2,000 in shift allowance and an extra £1,300 in responsibility allowance.
