If you consider yourself a ‘people person’ and want to increase your level of knowledge and experience, this may be the role for you! We are looking for a driven Technical Support advisor to join our growing Telecoms Team in brand new Belfast office!
Key responsibilities include:
Be the primary point of contact for all inbound queries
Taking incoming calls from customers and to ensure phone answering takes priority and is answered in line with company guidelines
Dealing with 1st line faults diagnostics for Hosted, Broadband and WLR product range, using web portals to diagnose faults and raise with Service Providers
Escalation to external Service Providers to ensure all faults are resolved within service-level agreements
Log and forward System and IT support calls to relevant departments
Essential Skills:
Good communication skills, including verbal, written and active listening skills
Ability to conduct effective troubleshooting and diagnostics
Ability to maintain a stable performance under pressure
Computer literacy MS Excel, Word, Outlook is desirable
One years’ experience working in a busy Customer Service/Technical Support environment is desirable
