Covering the Residential and Industrial sectors and working on developments up to £300m in value, It’s fast paced and exciting work. The Role
As the project manager, you’ll be working on a £40m Residential development in the South Birmingham area. 3 RC Framed Blocks with 250 units of 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments, this is a 2.5 year scheme that will keep you challenged with a tough logistical plan. Working in the West Midlands division of this business, you’ll never be kept too far from home – particularly due to the fact that they have planning for at least another 7 years of similar residential schemes in the West Midlands. With the growth of this business, they’re also planning for a new layer of operational management to support the increasing workload – you’ll be able to step into a senior management position at a later date if that’s what you’re after.
The package on offer includes £7K car allowance, 20% bonus, 27 days holiday + bank holidays, great pension as standard and private medical.
