Reactive are currently working with a large-scale crushing and screening machinery manufacturer based in Dungannon.

You will be expected to deliver top level support on site to the team by:

• Support customer service requirements.
• Be the first point of contact for technical service support
• Maintain all data through service ticket.
• Provide first line diagnosis with high level success rate. (Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc…)

If this is the role for you below is what you need to apply:

• 2 years or more experience in a similar role.
• Experience using latest Microsoft technology.
• Ability to support all versions of Windows OS.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and DNS with an active interest in other networking elements such as VLAN’s, Firewall’s and WiFi.
