The Role

Business analysis is a fundamental part of their work, which provides clients with the advice and delivery support that they need in their complex programmes. Whether it is structuring, assuring, managing, delivering, or setting up solutions they need the very best people to join them and strengthen their team even further. 

Skills and Experience

Successful candidates are expected to demonstrate capability and experience in the following areas:

• Business analysis experience within a project delivery environment, with a strong Experience of developing and maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders with the ability to challenge and influence where required
• Experience in either the public or private sector, is desirable
• Experience working on and/or delivering technology transformation projects
• Ability to understand, interpret, present and challenge technical and/or complex information to colleagues at all levels of the firm
• Understanding of how business analysis can deliver value to an organisation
• Successfully working in teams and being a supportive and collaborative team member
• Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams
• Experience with successfully managing scope in challenging environments
