What Will I Be Doing?
This is a desk-based role where you provide technical help to the sales team
Reply to technical queries from customers and the field sales team
Propose technical solutions to customers’ needs when required
Assist with competitive comparisons – assist in identifying market trends and VOC
Submit timely reports and project updates as requested by management
Keep up with new product sales launches and make sure all local sales teams are up to date
